Hotel Information for Tango Visitors for Tango Society of Boston Workshops and Other Events

All Tango Society of Boston events are held at the SPRINGSTEP,  98 George P. Hassett Drive, Medford Square, Massachusetts, off Exit 32 from Interstate Fwy 93, across from Medford City Hall. Fortunately, there is a hotel within walking distance of the hall (literally 100 yards or so), and the Medford Square bus stop departing to and from the Red Line (Davis Sq & Harvard Square) and Orange Line (Sullivan Sq & Malden Center) are no more than 1 and a half blocks away and all of them run past midnight beyond the end of most of our events.  For your convenience we have listed several additional hotel options (listed below roughly by increasing distance from Springstep):

Somerville/Medford Hotels. Cheaper than Boston and Cambridge hotels for similar quality and close to Springstep so you won't need a car.

Walk to Sullivan Square T (near Assembly Square Mall) to catch a bus#101 to Springstep (approximately 10 minutes away).  If you have a car, get on I-93 and take exit 32.

Harvard Sq Hotels: expensive.  Take Bus#96 to Medford Square from Harvard T Station (approximately 20-30 minutes under normal traffic conditions) is very convenient and on the Red subway line.
